Machine Summary of Traverser

The traverser is designed to transport the PC board or other components automatically from 1 line to another.
The traverser seats in between the upstream and downstream machines and allows the PCB or a similar product to be transported during the passage.
The machine is designed to allow the PCB/components to flow through freely, it will serve only as a conveyor transferring the PC Board to the downstream machine without transferring the board onto the inspection line unless an error is detected.
In the event of an obstruction occurring, after a preset time has lapsed a buzzer will be sounded and the warning light on the tower lamp will light up.
The machine is designed to handle boards of sizes in accordance with specification.

The machine is designed to operate in two modes: AUTO MODE and MANUAL MODE.

AUTO MODE : It will automatically transfer the PCB onto the conveyor when a signal is received from the downstream machine, the machine will then transfer the PCB to the other opening of the machine. When the transfer operation is completed, the conveyor will then transport the PCB to the downstream machine.

MANUAL MODE : All the motors and actuator can be operated through the membrane switches located at the display panel.
