Machine Summary of Loader/Unloader
LOADER
The Loader machine is designed to load PCB board, Pallet, Strip automatically from a magazine / Rack / Carrier into the Machine / Line. It has the capacity of two-filled magazines at the bottom tier as input and two empty magazines at the top tier as output. Further expansion on the number of Magazines can be catered upon conceptualization of operation.
The Loader is designed and calibrated to handle only the specified magazine. (Refer to section 1.1) Filled magazines (Up to Qty. 02) are placed on the bottom tier conveyor and empty magazines are discharge on the top tier.
The machine is designed to operate in two modes: - AUTO MODE and MANUAL MODE.
AUTO MODE : It will allow transfer of magazine between the lifter and appropriate magazine conveyor and will load PCBs to the upstream machine, index it upward, until it stops at the next slot (depending on setting) ready for the next loading.
MANUAL MODE : The various functions and actuator can be operated through the membrane switches located at the display panel.
UNLOADER
The Unloader machine is designed to unload PCB board, Pallet, Strip automatically from a Machine/Line into the magazine / Rack / Carrier. It has the capacity of two-filled magazine at the bottom tier as output and 2 empty magazine at the top tier as input.
The machine is designed to operate in two modes: - AUTO MODE and MANUAL MODE.
AUTO MODE : It will allow transfer of magazine between the lifter and appropriate magazine conveyor and will unload PCBs from the upstream machine, index it downward, until it stops at the next empty slot (depending on setting) for the next PCBA.
MANUAL MODE : The various functions and actuator can be operated through the membrane switches located at the display panel.
