Machine Summary of Inverter
The Inverter is designed to invert/flip the PC board (with or without component) automatically or other similar products. The inverter seats in between the upstream and downstream machines and allows the PCB or a similar product to pass through or be inverted during the passage. The inverter is designed to invert or flip only once per cycle meaning that it does not need to return to a home position for every cycle.
The machine is designed to operate in four modes: AUTO, MANUAL, PASS THROUGH and INVERT BACK (optional).
AUTO MODE : It will automatically transfer the PCB into the inverter when receiving a signal triggering on the UBA, the machine will then invert it to the other end of the machine. When the inverting operation is completed, the conveyor will then transport the inverted PCB to the downstream machine when required.
MANUAL MODE : All the motors and actuator can be operated through the membrane switches located at the display panel.
PASS THROUGH MODE : It will serve only as a conveyor transferring the PC Board to the downstream machine without inverting the board across the machine. In any case, if the PC Board is jammed at the entrance or the other end of the inverter after a pre-set time, the buzzer will sound.
INVERT BACK MODE (optional) : It accepts PCB into the inverter, invert it, wait for 3 sec (factory set default) and invert back to the top side again and transport the PCB to the downstream machine when required.
