    • How the Free Flow Chain Works

    When conveying :

      Friction between the large center roller and the small roller allows them to rotate together in unison. The difference in diameter of the two rollers causes the speed of the conveyed object to be 2.5 times the speed of the chain.

    When accumulating :

      The large roller then rotates freely in the opposite direction of the small roller allowing conveyor objects to accumulate. We call this free flow conveyor.

    PALLET
    Material : Plywood or Medium Density Fibre (MDF)
    Function : A means of carrying products on Free Flow Conveyor.
    Application : Eg. TV, Video, Computer, etc.
    Design and Specifications in accordance to product requirements.
    POWER COLLECTOR
    Type : Rectangular, Round or Roller
    Material : Brass
    Function : To supply electrical power to the product via the pallet.
    Application : To be used in product ageing or burn-in process or other test station where instant power is required.
    AUTO TURNTABLE
    Operation : Automatic
    Function : To rotate pallet by 90/180 degrees automatically.
    Application : To be used in auto test station or bigger product turning. Also commonly used for pallet re-orientation purpose.
    STOPPER
    Operation : Automatic or Manual
    Function : To stop pallet for assembly purpose.
    Application : To be used as operator station control. Also commonly use as queue stopper for pallet traffic control purpose.
    MANUAL TURNTABLE
    Operation : Manual
    Function : To rotate pallet manually.
    Application : To be used in process where all round product assembly is required. Eg. Television, Hi-fi audio system etc.
    LIFT AND TRANSFER UNIT
    Operation : Automatic or Manual
    Function : To lift and transfer pallet to the next line.
    Application : To be used for line to line pallet/product transfer or to other workstation.
    TRAVERSER
    Operation : Electrical or Pneumatic
    Function : To transfer pallets linearly from line to line.
    Application : To merge two or more incoming pallets to single Hi-speed Lifter.
    PICK & PLACE
    Operation : Automatic or Manual
    Function : For product transfer from point to point.
    Application : To transfer final assembled product for packing purpose.
    COMPACT LIFTER
    Operation : Automatic
    Function : To transfer pallets to different height levels.
    Application : To return end-of-line empty pallet or vice versa.
    HI-SPEED LIFTER
    Operation : Automatic
    Function : To vertically transfer pallet at high speed.
    Application : To convey pallet from floor to floor or from different heights within a single floor.
